Buy lands only when you've done this 👇👇👇.
1. Have a defined purpose for the land.
I always tell my clients to have a purpose for buying land. Land can serve for Land banking purposes or for buy and build purposes. Depending on what your intent is, make sure to choose one first. That way you can be able to kickstart the second process.
2. Have a feasible and realisable budget.
You'll wonder why I used realisable? You can't have a budget below 10m to buy and buy and build location in a developed area. Let your purpose tally with your budget.
3. Work with a professional.
If you're sick, you would go to a professional, likewise if you have a court case. If you have defined the above steps, engage the services of a real estate consultant. We help you tailor down the details you give to a property that will satisfy your needs.
