WE BELONG TO GOD
SCRIPTURE
Romans 14:8 NIV
If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
As believers, our lives are not our own. We belong to God—completely and eternally. If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. As Apostle Paul declared, whether in life or in death, our identity and ownership are in God.
Because we belong to Him, we refuse to fear tomorrow or worry about the future. Every day we are given is an opportunity to live for His glory and to fulfill His will. Our lives are devoted to honoring God and bringing Him praise, knowing that our purpose is found in Him alone.
We are commanded to occupy until He comes. Our assignment is not finished, and retreat is not an option. As those who belong to God, we remain steadfast, faithful, and committed to our calling and to the work of our Master and Maker.
In these last days, God is counting on us as His vessels to carry His message to the world. Our lives are hidden in Christ. We live for Him now, and when our earthly journey ends, it will still be for Him, because we belong to God forever.
Christ is our life and our refuge. No matter the situation, we refuse to be shaken or afraid. We choose to make impact with all that God has placed within us, living each day to bless others. As the salt of the earth and the light of the world, we live boldly, faithfully, and purposefully, because we belong to God.
DECLARATIONS
I DECLARE THAT I WALK IN THE PEACE, JOY, AND CALMNESS THAT COME FROM JESUS CHRIST. WORRY HAS NO PLACE IN MY HEART. THE TROUBLES OF YESTERDAY ARE GONE, AND I ENJOY GOD’S PEACE AND BLESSINGS.
I DECLARE THAT MY DAY IS BLESSED. I WALK IN DIVINE SUPPORT AND SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY. WHAT MY STRENGTH COULD NOT ACHIEVE COMES TO ME BY FAVOR.
I DECLARE THAT MY LIFE IS HIDDEN IN CHRIST AND SECURED IN GOD. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER. THE LORD PRESERVES ME FROM EVERY BATTLE AND EVERY ATTACK. I AM SAFE IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST
