DRIVING GUIDE ON THE NEWLY DESIGNED 3rd Junction Sapele Road
Please adhere to the following driving rules to avoid being apprehended;
1. Coming from sapele road wheeling to 3rd east circular road has no traffic light signal, as it is free drive - way.
2. Coming from sapele road heading ring road? do not enter the small lane as it is basically for those motorist going to ikpokkpan.
3. When heading to Ikpokpan from sapele road, use the small lane to ur left and wait for the traffic light signal
4. Coming from sapele road and u wanna make a U-TURN? Also use the small lane to ur left and watch the signal carefully. Do not enter the major lane leading to ring road if u wanna wheel to ikpokpan or make a U-TURN back to sapele road.
5. It is very important to note that there is a stop line at the kada axis now hence note the following,
(a) STOP at the STOP line wen the traffic shows the ambar light to avoid being apprehended.
(b) DO NOT encroach the STOP LINE/ ZEBRA crossing for any reason whsn waiting for the traffic light to turn green as it's an infringement on the right of pedestrians
6. Coming from ring road, the lane leading to ikpokpan is a free lane (emergency lane) hence, u shouldn't obstruct it for any reason. However it has no traffic light signal.
7. Be mindful of the road markings and ensure to comply to the sign - arrows or traffic information appropriately.
8. You wanna wheel to your left (3rd east circular road) or make a U-TURN back to ring road when coming frm ring road axis? enter the small lane to your left and observe ths traffic light signal.
9. Always stop when pedestrians are crossing through the zebra crossing.
10. Mind your lanes when driving or waiting for traffic signal as there is a traffic offence called "lane hopping" etc...
