POP stands for Plaster of Paris, which is a dehydrated form of Gypsum. It is available in powder form, which needs to be mixed up with water to form a paste. The paste is then moulded to create different types of false ceilings like Recessed, T-bar, Suspended, etc., depending on the individual requirements. POP ceiling is ideal in living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, halls and even for wall decorations. This post, however is targeted at the living room.
