The job responsibilities include the following:
Preparation and monitoring of budgets
Cost control
Bank reconciliations
General Ledgers Management
Salary administration
Pension administration
General Ledger.
Account Payable.
Fixed asset management.
Inventory management.
Vat & WHT computation.
Personal income tax computation for principal staff.
Collaborating with all departments to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Follow up on debts outstanding
Computation of WHT payment advice for customers that fail to remit deductions to reduce our company income tax
Receipting management.
Debit & Credit note management.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Giving an update on the stock report
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a Graduate of Accounting and must have qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 8 years and above practicing experience.
Candidates living within Ikeja or other close by vicinity will have an advantage
