I am a real estate agent, this means I work based on percentage or commission. I charge 10% on rental properties and 5% on sales. I don’t do markups (inflating the price of properties for my selfish interest), I fix the price as the owners instruct me to.

If you have a problem with paying my fees, enter bush by yourself and find land or house. We don’t force anybody, after all some people will drive around and find what they need on their own.

Don’t bother coming to stress me or negotiate what I don’t know.

I work very hard already and it’s telling on me. My face is full of sunburn due to long hours of standing under hot Enugu sun. I cannot use cream on my body because I will turn to Dracula after one week courtesy of the harsh weather condition. My body is storing fat in the wrong places because I am stressed.

My mates are enjoying life and I am perambulating the whole of Abuja sourcing for properties I can sell to make ends meet. It is not easy.

Ask those that joined real estate and quit under one month.

To sell a property is not child’s play. I have houses I have been marketing for 3 years, no buyer.

I don’t have any helper. If I don’t work hard, I won’t eat or pay my bills. Nobody has dashed me 1million naira in my whole existence or given me money to start up a business.

Everything you see I have achieved is as a result of God’s grace and hardwork.

I no get rich girlfriend or sugar mummy, i no even get at all. I am just a small man God is helping.

If you have a problem with agents, don’t near my dm 🙏. Kuku find house for yaself. You can do it.

All the houses I have ever lived, I pay agents their full commission without long stories because I understand it’s their hustle and it’s not easy.

Matter of fact, agents save you a whole lot of stress and money but we haven’t realized it. We make a lot of sacrifices, sometimes we forfeit our commissions from property owners because we want our clients to get the best price or just for the deal to fly so we can make 1 kobo at least.
