I have come to realize one of the most important things when it comes to dealing with clients is Clear communication.
And this practically cuts across board.

Like we all know a brand is a promise delivered, but in a situation where you cannot deliver on your promise, please communicate properly with your customers, they will understand, they are humans too, running away or avoiding their calls will lead to further aggravations and cause you to lose them for life.

I’m happy we are successfully delivering our promise on Majestic City Estate and putting this smile on the faces of our investors.

Earlier today at Solidfm 100.9 Enugu,

It’s was really an amazing time talking about wealth creation through sustainable investments in Real Estate.

I said a very short story about my self on air and I will repeat it here, I’m sure so many of you can also relate to it

Growing up I saw my Dad value the importance of investing in real estate, he bought Lands and built Houses, and after his death although it was so painful, but we (his family) weren’t thrown off balance financially even after his death, this was simply because he left properties for us, something we can hold onto until we found our own way.

This is a powerful message on the importance of diversifying your investment, especially as a business owner

Sometimes business owners fall into that trap of only reinvesting into their business.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good thing to reinvest into your business, because that’s the only way you grow, but at the same time diversifying your investment to other asset classes, especially one as stable as real estate (most stable in the world ) gives both you and your business leverage, stability and also another source of income that is not even dependent on your performance.
