The regulatory body allows you who has Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders to access as much as 25% of your retirement savings for the purpose of buying a house. This is known as the RSA Mortgage Loan.

To access the RSA Mortgage Loan, you must meet the following requirements:

1. You must have been contributing to your RSA for at least two years.
2. You must have a minimum balance of N6 million in your RSA.
3. You must have a regular source of income to repay the loan.

If you meet these requirements, you can apply for the RSA Mortgage Loan through your Pension Fund Administrator (PFA). The loan amount you can access is up to 25% of your RSA balance, subject to a maximum of N20 million.

The loan is repayable over a maximum period of 20 years, and the interest rate is usually lower than the market rate for mortgage loans.
