On thursday (September 7th of 2023), the launching of Treasure Island Estate took place in Osengere, Ibadan.

There at the event are well-wishers, staffs and business consultants of the company (from the head office in Lagos and from the company's branches in Lekki and Oyo State) and the event was also attended by highly respected figures.

Among the dignitaries who were present at the event is the company's Ambassador, Mrs. Idowu Phillips (popularly known as Iya Rainbow), the Council of Obas (the representatives of Olubadan),Mr. Yemi Shonde (C.e.o of Yes Fm 101.7 Ibadan), Dr. Phillips Farounbi (Nigeria's former Ambassador to Phillipines & Veteran Journalist), Prophet. Taiwo Ojo of (the Christ Apostolic Church, Convenant of Mercy, Ibadan), Senwele Jesu (Bukola Akinade), Taiwo Ojodu and also present, were the parents of the chairman and chief executive officer of the company, Mr. & Mrs. Oshundairo.

There at the event, Ambassador Dr. Segun Oshundairo (the chairman and chief executive officer, Arc View Investments limited),
and Engr Idowu Okegbenro (MD Arcview Investments Limited) shared with everyone what the company has in plan for the estate and how the company intends to make living, a wonderful experience for investors who choose to own a property there.
