Restaurant Interior Transformation Work in Progress

A client recently contacted me for a full interior decoration of her restaurant.
After proper inspection, consultation, and cost agreement, we commenced work immediately.

One of the first challenges we identified was the poor wall finish caused by substandard plastering from the previous renovation. Rather than ignore the flaw, we addressed it professionally.

To achieve a clean, durable, and modern look, we began by installing fluted wall panels, which not only corrected the wall imperfections but also elevated the overall ambience of the space.

This project is still ongoing, and every stage is being executed with attention to detail, functionality, and aesthetics.

📌 Final finishing updates coming soon.
If you value quality interior finishing that solves problems not just covers them stay connected.

Nice tiles.
Expensive POP.
Good furniture.

But the room feels wrong.

Why?

Bad lighting placement.

• Mood
• Space
• Comfort

WHY YOUR PAINT IS PEELING AFTER RAINY SEASON

The rain came…
And the paint started falling.

The reasons?
• No primer
• Wrong paint type
• No moisture protection

Paint failure doesn’t start on the wall
it starts with wrong preparation.

👉 Exterior and interior paints are not the same.

Professional finishing respects environment and weather.

Normal Tile vs SPC Tile

The Difference Most Homeowners Discover Too Late

Two floors can look the same on day one.
But only one still looks good after one rainy season.

Normal ceramic tiles are what most people know.
Strong, hard, and familiar. They sit well when the floor is stable. But once moisture starts playing games, once the slab shifts or the grout ages, cracks appear. A tiny movement under the floor can turn a beautiful tile into a noisy, broken surface. Cold underfoot. Hard on the body. Repairs? You break one, you disturb many.

SPC tiles tell a different story.

SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) is built for real-life living. It flexes slightly instead of fighting the floor. Water spills, humidity, even mopping every day it doesn’t panic. No cracks. No hollow sounds. Just quiet strength. It feels warmer, softer to walk on, and faster to install because there’s no mortar, no curing time, no dust-filled stress.

Here’s the truth most people don’t hear:
Normal tiles demand perfect conditions.
SPC tiles forgive real-life mistakes.

That’s why normal tiles dominate old buildings, while SPC is quietly taking over modern homes, offices, and rentals where durability, speed, and comfort matter more than tradition.

The floor you choose decides how often you’ll complain.
or how long you’ll forget your floor even exists.

Choose knowledge before aesthetics.
That’s how smart finishing is done.

Most houses fail before you even enter them.

Not because the interior is bad…
But because the exterior was treated like decoration, not protection.

That crack you see on the wall?
It didn’t start today.
It started when proper exterior finishing was ignored.

A professional exterior job is not just paint.
It is layers of decisions:

• Wall preparation
• Correct screeding mix
• Weather-resistant finishing
• Expansion allowance
• Proper drainage flow

• Right paint type for sunlight and rain

When any of these is skipped, the house begins to suffer silently.

This is why some buildings look old after 2 years,
while others still look fresh after 10 years.

Exterior work is the first impression of your home
and the first line of defense against rain, heat, and cracks.

If the exterior is weak,
no amount of luxury inside can save the building.

💡 Smart homeowners invest outside first, then inside.

Next time you see a clean, strong exterior wall,
don’t just admire it
know that discipline, knowledge, and professional finishing built it.

👉 If you want your house to age with pride, not problems… start from the outside.

Drop a 🏠 if you’ve noticed how some houses age faster than others.

Most people think interior work is about paint and furniture.
It’s not.

The real difference is in what you don’t see at first glance
wall alignment, floor levels, light positioning, material transitions.

When these are ignored, the house looks fine today.
and starts failing tomorrow.

Good interior work is quiet, precise, and intentional.
That’s why some spaces feel expensive without shouting

Save this if you want your home done right

Is there any difference between SILK vs SATIN

Yes there is a difference, even though many people mix them up.

Silk paint

Has a higher shine

Reflects more light

Easy to wipe and clean

Best for living rooms, corridors, offices

Shows wall imperfections more if the screeding isn’t perfect

Satin paint

Has a softer, smooth sheen (less shiny than silk)

Looks more natural and elegant

Hides minor wall defects better

Very durable and washable

Great for bedrooms, dining areas, quality interiors

Interior expert tip:
If your wall finish is very smooth go for silk.
If the wall has small imperfections but you still want class satin is the smarter choice.

That’s why professional interior work always starts from proper screeding, not paint choice alone.
