JOB DESCRIOTION
(1) Have day to day oversight of project development
(2) Liaise with contractors and suppliers
(3) Liaise with regulatory Authorities
(4) Ensure compliance on site
(5) Liaise with subscribers
(6) Keep record of correspondences and transactional documents
(7) Have oversight function of day to day running of the Estate (Security, Gardener, utilities etc)
(8) Drive marketing and takes prospects on site tours
(9) Send daily report
