Not saving your consultant line can make you lose money.
Most people donโt lose money in real estate because land is bad.
They lose money because they buy without the right information or they work with the wrong people.
I had a conversation with an investor who I got through an online advertisement, we were in touch over a period of time till I got busy with other clients and didn't follow up promptly.
Two weeks down the line I reached out to him and realized that he had bought from someone else.
Gush ๐ I felt somehow but I had to brush off the feeling especially as he explained to me how he mistook another person's number for mine, we got talking and he complained on how he finished paying for the land
Only to be told to pay extra fees again, at a point he got scared, and stopped paying as it became clear that he had paid into the wrong hands.
Had it been, he saved my number clearly, he wouldn't have made mistakes or bought from the wrong person.
No land is a scam, the scam only happens when you:
