As a Seasoned Professional Real Estate Practitioner I am telling you that one of the real estate areas you should invest in before owning your personal home is this area.
Buying a house is good but has no immediate and long term income generation profit.
If you are in your middle age you will soon get retired into old age when you can't work and as such it is only the tangible guarantee investment you made when you are young that can feed you and enable you enjoy a comfortable life then.
