If the King of the Player is threatened with capture, it is said to be in check, and the player must remove the threat of capture on the next move. If this is not possible, the King is said to be in checkmate, resulting in a loss to that player.

Real estate is a game of Location and Time. So, one personā€™s ideal investment location may look very different for another. But in general, any location needs to be both desirable to your end customers and profitable for you.

When you choose the right location, your investment tend to give you the fastest and highest financial rewards. But if you choose the wrong location, you could pay a very low price and still lose it all. I know this from painful experience!.

Below are few things you need to consider before you make a buying decisions:

1. JOBS & ECONOMICS
Real estate investments only work if the customers who live or would live in them have good jobs or thriving businesses. If you own an investment in a 1-factory town and the factory moves, your investment will suffer dramatically. Why? Because rents go down, vacancies go up, and you lose your ability to sell.
