AVOID RENTING A HOUSE WHERE THE LANDLORD LIVES 😅

My guy once rented a mini-flat inside the same compound where the landlord lives. For the first two weeks, everything was sweet — until the wahala started showing face.

First, the landlord complained that he washed clothes too late at night.
Next, he said his girlfriend was “visiting too frequently.” 😂
