What exactly does this guy do?

Then; it might interest you that I move close to the big boys in the Nigerian administration: I get close to people who are in charge of infrastructural developments - and as soon as I do: I DO NOT BEG THEM FOR MONEY - Instead, I ask them a simple question "where are developments going next?"

They'd list a few places to me; I will ask again; where are the priorities at the moment; they will filter up to 3.

Immediately I get this information, i will go there and buy land and houses for cheap prices, I will buy in large quantities (these people are not aware that developments are coming so they will sell at a very low distress price to me)

I will parcel the place and wait! When the developments start; other developers will come and buy for a higher price and beacuse they bought at a higher price; they will sell at a higher price than me.

I will be on top of the market eventually.
