Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Liasu Road, Egbe, Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Type: Full-time ( 9am - 5pm / Monday - Friday )
We're a dynamic and growing organization seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
*Job Summary*
We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to manage our front desk, handle phone calls, emails, and messages, and provide administrative support to our team.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Handle emails, messages, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Perform other tasks as required
*Requirements*
- High school certificate or equivalent required; a good computer skills will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- *Should live or have a stay around Egbe/Agodo, Liasu road/Council, Isheri/Idimu and environment*
