On a beautiful day like this, two friends were introduced to land banking development project (a real estate investment project developed by Zylus Investment Ltd).

Where investors co-partner with the company to secure vast acres of land, and the company develops these lands, sells and shares the profit made with the investors (a whopping 35% ROI per annum).

After a visit to the company where they were informed about the 100% security of investor's fund by Sovereign Trust Insurance PLC, issuance of deed of agreement particulars that comes with a portion of land in our estate equivalent to the amount invested (used for fund security) and a post dated cheque to ease the process of cash withdrawal at maturity.

Friend A invested 10 million Naira while friend B invested 2 million Naira.

At exactly 12 months of their investment (maturity time)

Friend A had a 35% ROI on his 10 million naira making the total sum to be 13.5 million naira, and friend B had the same 35% ROI making the total sum to be 2.7 million naira.

But that was not all, we got a shocker...

Friend B in utmost appreciation confessed that within the period of one year that he invested 2 million Naira with Zylus Investment Ltd, he had left 20 million Naira lying in the banks.

He lamented how he was continuously charged for one fee or the other and because of inflation and constant devaluation of Naira currency, his 20 million Naira could only be said to be worth 15 million Naira within the same time interval that his 2 million Naira yielded an extra 700,000 Naira (so painful).

And before he could finish telling the story, he asked the accountant to roll over his investments plus an extra 15 million Naira investment deposit.

That's right, he learned the hard way after been dealt a blow by the banks.
