Africa must Rise.

Africa blessed with a large number of population with dynamic culture and ethnicity.
And one of the greatest assest in every country and nation is it's people because the people drive the economic prosperity of it's nation and nothing else other than it's people, if development comes from it's people then one of the greatest investment should be on the development of its people.

Today I will be talking about some ways I believe we can drive change for the development of Africa.
_
1) Love: love is the greatest emotion I believe Africa must deploy for the development of it's nation, love to humanity because growth can't come in when we are not willing to be our brothers keeper even the creator of the universe strongly believe in love as a fundamental catalyst for the growth and expansion of the society so no amount of economic strategy deployed that dose not stand on this fundamental principle will be able to build our nation , so if we Africa must Rise we must become our brothers keeper by supporting and encouraging startups in Africa because business stands as an economic principle for the prosperity of any nation.

How to support startups.
1) through mentorship
2) creation of conducive environment for innovation
3) funding and financing startups.

Entrepreneurship it all started way long back where we always love to serve and create value in our immediate environment.

I have been a very terrible failure lol because I have failed the most times than any one can ever imagine or come to think of.

I realize one thing that Enterprenureship isn’t just longer a trade to me of just buying and selling, but has now become a lifestyle.

because if am to fail again, in this my company the next day you will still find me trying to start a new company because this is my lifestyle my business.

My vision to aspiring Entrepreneurs is not to see failure as a enemy but rather to see it as a tool that forces you to grow and become your best slef because that’s what entrepreneurship is all about to become our best slef and serve people with the best of our ability.

The darkest part of the night seems to be the bring the dawn of a new day right?

Many years ago I got big dreams and high hopes on what we aimed to archive through our set out goals but only to notice that it never seemed the way we thought it.
-
Life will not always give you what you deserve but rather life will only give you what you demand.
-
So the question is how do you demand?
-
It takes two ways which are persistence and perseverance this are two major ingredient needed to become a successful entrepreneur.

Why do you need this two character attributes as a entrepreneur? In business you must be willing to move in uncertainty because most times that’s how innovation is been birthed and it requires a lot of failure and hardwork to refine those ideas into reality. And persistence and perseverance are required to pass through tough times required to succeed.

One of the major challenges of new realtors coming into the real estate space for the first time is lack of patience, to succeed in any field or career in life comes up to one factor.

1) patience: patience is required in other to succeed in any field, because anything worthwhile takes time before seeing visible results. So for any realtor to become successful in real estate most be willing to stay at this for a very long period of time and willing to put all the necessary effort and requirements before seeing visible results because success takes time.
