MY BLOCKCHAIN REAL ESTATE STORY〽️
Stumbled on the blockchain and cryptocurrency in 2017,
Touched my first $200,
Lacking understanding,
I splurged everything that Christmas,
After BTC crash that period, I took my mind of blockchain crypto matters.
2019-2020, through Smart Contracts like Million-Money and Forsage,
I got my first 1 ETH,
Still lacking knowledge on blockchain basics,
I spent all, and after another crash, I went to sleep again.
2021, I made some profits from Sh*tcoins,
like Dogecoin, Feg token, Shiba and the likes,
I still played the fool, and ignored pursuing blockchain knowledge.
As I thought deeper on what I wanted for myself long term,
I remembered how real estate investing and family support,
funded my university studies,
This prompted me into real estate selling,
I'm currently partnered with Forbes Most Influential Real Estate Investment Company, with properties and presence in the US 🇺🇸 DUBAI 🇦🇪 UK 🇬🇧 , Nigeria.

Fast forward to 2024, some persons I knew from my early crypto days,
have been purchasing latest cars, building housing projects, and traveling like crazy legitimately, emphasis on “legitimately”.
This took me back memory lane, and it occurred to me there may have been many like me who had pursued quick gains, while overlooking blockchain research and knowledge.
However, experience have thought me, it’s unwise to leave a source of income that pays you entirely just for a new one, after much consulting and thinking, I came across design and systems thinking, and figured a way to intersect my love for real estate and the blockchain. That’s where the name BLOCKCHAIN REALTOR came about‼️
Also, I have seen a prevalent problem in the real estate market, infact, two problems. a) Authentication of properties and b) long timeline in reselling properties.
PROBLEM 1️⃣ Land Owners and Home Buyers face a painful and major challenge of waiting weeks, months, some years before they are able to resell their properties, when it can be tokenized and resold faster with the right "strategy" on the blockchain,
removing the limitations of location and currency, allowing multiple audience to buy one property (as a digital asset) on resale in less time, and with a "tailored paid-marketing/advertising strategy, sell the physical property in less time.
OBSERVATION2️⃣ 60% of Realtors Trade on the blockchain for side income, and use this to hold body and soul together when either (real estate or the blockchain) market slows down on them.
OBSERVATION 3️⃣ The African Real Estate Market is still very much underutilized on the Metaverse and/or the Blockchain. Let’s take Nigeria alone, imagine if all Real Estate Companies, Religious communities, Government andCorporate Organizations have their prototype on the Metaverse? Or tokenize their projects on the blockchain? And they get to sell their products or services not just physically (whenever they want to with ease, but tokenized to sell digitally as well?
SOLUTION4️⃣ WE ARE CREATING A MOVEMENT, BUILDING A FORCE, AS A COMMUNITY THAT WILL BUILD INFRASTRUCTURES ON THE BLOCKCHAIN TO SOLVE THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AND OBSERVATIONS OVERTIME ‼️
⚠️⚠️⚠️Now, let’s not forget that Rome was not built in a day, and marrying (real estate and the blockchain) made me understand, they are very jealous industries. They both require time, attention and intentionality. So if you’re considering coming on this journey, it may not be an easy feat, but with teamwork, we can make the dream work.
