Clear a folder on your phone and save as many pictures, videos & write ups as possible. So that you can always make reference to them when you need to check certain information.
Your location is not a limitation to how far your adverts can travel. We have people within and outside the country doing this business and making sales.
When interested client contact you, schedule when to take them for inspection.
You can take them to the estate by yourself, or call your upline or the upline of your upline if you are not around to do this on your behalf. Or your client can join our company on our inspection day (mostly Saturdays). Book ahead for your client.
After the inspection give/send application form and FAQ to your client. Follow up with your client until you successfully close the deal.
After your client makes payment, we will pay your full commission. So change your mindset, your location is not a barrier to your success in this business.
