For the 3 Month Buyback Plan, the applicable rates are:
• ₦1 Million to ₦10 Million: 8% ROI in 3 months
• ₦11 Million to ₦40 Million: 9% ROI in 3 months
• ₦41 Million to ₦80 Million: 9.5% ROI in 3 months
For the longer term Flexible Buyback Plan:
• 6 Months: 20% ROI for investments from ₦1 Million to ₦19 Million
• 6 Months: 22% ROI for investments from ₦20 Million and above
• 12 Months: 45% ROI
• 18 Months: 70% ROI
• 24 Months: 95% ROI
This means that an investment of ₦1 Million at the applicable 20% rate can return ₦1.2 Million after 6 months, while the same ₦1 Million can return ₦1.45 Million after 12 months, ₦1.7 Million after 18 months, or ₦1.95 Million after 24 months, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
For higher investment amounts, the opportunity scales accordingly. For example, under the applicable rates shown:
💰 ₦20 Million can return up to ₦24.4 Million in 6 months, ₦29 Million in 12 months, ₦34 Million in 18 months, or ₦39 Million in 24 months.
And so on!

All rollovers may retain their previous AyHomes Buyback rates unless there is a change in the investment duration.
All collected documents must be returned at maturity for both rollover and matured transactions.
The 6 month upfront payment option is available only for the 12 month, 18 month, and 24 month plans.
