Madam Kalos, I have ₦100 million sitting in my account. I don’t need it right now, but I don’t want it lying idle. What would you recommend?
My answer was simple:
Real Estate Short-Term Investment.
So, what exactly does that mean?
Think of it like investing in shares or bonds. You commit your money for an agreed period and earn a predetermined return.
A Real Estate Buy-Back Plan works on a similar principle, with one major difference: your investment is tied to real estate.
For every ₦1 million invested, legal documents are issued showing the specific land allocation connected to your investment.
The land is within a verified estate with a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), providing a tangible real estate asset behind the investment.
At the end of the agreed investment period, the company buys back the allocated land, and you receive your original capital plus the agreed return, subject to the terms of the investment agreement.
In simple terms: instead of leaving your money idle, you can put it into a structured real estate investment for a fixed period and earn an agreed return.
Documents issued include:
✔ Deed of Agreement
✔ Post-Dated Cheques
✔ Payment Receipt
✔ Allocation Details
So, if you had ₦100 million sitting idle, would you leave it there—or put it to work?
