So here’s something smart real estate strategists are doing with mortgage.

But let me be clear first:
this is not a magic strategy and it’s not for everybody.

Mortgage is taking money from the bank to buy property.
The challenge most people have is:
“How do I pay back this mortgage without stress?”

Now here’s one smart approach some real estate strategists are using:

✅ Step 1: Use mortgage to buy a property below market value (distressed sale / low entry deal)
And yes — finding these deals is not easy.

✅ Step 2: Renovate it properly
This part requires money, planning and the right team.
If you cut corners, the property won’t perform.

✅ Step 3: Set it up for shoplet (shortlet)
Unlike yearly rent, shoplet can generate revenue weekly/monthly.

Now the goal is simple:
