The Wave 90% of the population won't see coming.
There's something with me and trends, I don't chase it.
When I see a huge amount of people pouring out their money somewhere, I usually step back.
This is because the mob is usually wrong.
Whenever you see everyone buying google stocks take a step back and do a critical analysis.
Whenever you see everyone buying Treasury bonds take a step back.
Because.
90% of the population don't see the wave coming.
I learnt this from a guy, can't remember his name.
He told me that: see you can't read only best selling books and think you're going to be a legendary entrepreneur, don't you know that's what everyone reads?
You too take a look around, 90% of the population of people would most likely think alike.
But who has thinking alike helped?
My Dad told me a story of how an explosion happened in Lagos and a lot of people died.
He told me that more people died from the after effects ( ie running & stampede) than the impact of the bomb.
Well that's 90%.
You have to be very careful.
I saw this myself when everyone was shouting NFTs.
Both the people who understood it and the people who didn't are in shambles.
More NFTs worth billions of dollars have been stolen than money you would even casually put in the bank.
