When I first started Airbnb Arbitrage, I heard the same thing over and over again from landlords:

As someone who's actively learning and building digital skills in CRM and automation, I recently explored one of the most powerful yet overlooked features in GoHighLevel - The Contacts tab.

Since I’m not working with clients yet, I didn’t have real contact data to work with. So I decided to get creative and prompted AI to generate a random list of contacts; names, emails, phone numbers, and activity dates.
