One day a journalist asked Henry Ford

“who do you pay the most”?

Instead of answering , He took the journalist into a room where a man was sitting reclining in a chair with his feet comfortably on a desk.

“That man earns the highest salary in my company”.

I hired him to think .

Every new system ,Every car model idea , They all come from his mind.

He relaxes, reflects and sends me his ideas ,I turn them into reality and make millions.

Ideas are worth more than anything but to have them you need time, silence and mental space .

If you are busy all the time , you will never create something new.

That’s why I pay him just to think.

If you have ₦30 million, don’t rush to build a house — buy land instead.
