Land investment ya were gan!
Sometimes when you win with it - it's a coast to victory and when you lose with land investment e go be like life wan end.
January last year, my mum called me & said one pastor in her WhatsApp group wanted to sell a 100x100 land in Nasarawa & no one in the group has the money.
How much, 1.5m, it's a land the church bought when things were good but needed money to repair the roofing of the main church. I called a friend who wanted to buy land, he said Nasarawa too far. 100x100 for 1.5m is a good deal, he said he's not interested.
Ok, I was scheduled for an int'l trip same month so I need to be liquid I can't risk it. So I called that same friend who refused the offer to borrow me 1.5m for 2 months. He said no problem. I went to see the land and check papers, everywhere good. I paid instantly. I left.
Tell me why my phone has been buzzing for 3 days now... Someone wants to buy same land for 5m with Abeg! I am not in need so I am not selling he even said he's ready to increase the offer. Told him No.
The universe go just bring some things your way, go be like distraction, but e get meaning. I can't even tell my friend what's going on, cause if I do, everywhere go first blurrr, His week will be ruined with regrets so I go lock up.
Anyways, as you pray for opportunities to come your way, also pray for discernment to know what to do when the masked opportunities come.
