Come, let's reason together. Consider this: you already have the previous latest iphone xs max and now you're thinking about switching to the present latest(iphone 11 pro max) that costs roughly 600k, ALL without even owning at least a plot of land in any part of the planet earth.
I know some folks will go about saying "oh, people can do whatever they want with their money", no objection to that but wise spending is part of wise living and it's a major part of my job as a Realtor to make a vast host of people realize what a life of wealthiness lies ahead of them if they can invest most of the cool cash, whooping amount of money they spend on luxury liabilities into real estate.
Reason with me, I know of an estate that was launched February this year(2019) and sold for 6.5M/plot as the introductory price but right now it's selling for 8M/plot since over a month ago. I know of another estate that was launched in 2017 and was sold at 8.4M/plot then but right now in 2019 the same estate is selling for 20M/plot.
Most young agile millennials that keyed into the latter estate I talked are now 11.6 richer than they were in less than 2 years ago(Just on a plot of land in Lagos at Sangotedo), consider having 2,3 plots in the same estate, think about what your assets account will look like right now, simple maths 11.6M×3=34.8M gain on 3 plots of land without any ado, troubles or close monitoring, 34.8M just as the gain o.
Now sir, tell me about that phone that sold for 700k last year and it's now selling for 750k this year. Show me that sophisticated and latest phone of last year or even early this year that is not almost if not totally outdated by another "presently" latest one. I've not yet heard of the phone that its price appreciates and goes up as time passes by.
In a very few words, sir, build your wealth, you already have the previous latest smart phone before you switch to the present latest one, consider investing the same amount of money into real estate and see.
