After their secondary education in Nigeria, send them abroad to study if you can afford it. Give them better advantages and privileges.
One of the easiest ways to send them abroad to study, especially if you’re still single now or newly married, is to buy land in emerging locations.
Be strategic about it. Don’t just buy a bush because you heard people say “buy bush.”
Be strategic about your real estate investments. Key into emerging locations (with potentials) where lands are still cheap. Pay attention to what’s happening around you. Pay attention to where the movement is going and go there before it becomes mainstream.
If you can afford to buy 5-10 plots per year, do it. If you can afford 3-5 plots per year, do it. If it is 2 plots you can afford per year, buy it and take possession.
In 15-20 years when your children will be ready for university education, the value of most of the lands you bought long ago would be insane. You sell a few plots and send them abroad with the money.
You need to start thinking ahead. You need to start being strategic with your future plans. There are emerging locations where you can get land between N500k - N2m per plot.
Think about it, do your research and invest wisely.

Go there early by buying plots of land there for future profit.
Bash Estate is still selling at 1.5 million naira (one-time payment) or 1.8 million naira (15-month payment).
