The story of Mr Ikenna is a real life story, and Iāll be dropping the story in bitsā¦ and at the end of the story i might reveal who the actual person is.
Iām dropping this story so that diasporas will learn, the issue about diaspora investment in Nigeria is very dear to me, because Iāve have had and have seen what happens to diasporas when theyāve lived the best part of the lives abroad and later find themselves back in Nigeria without proper plans and preparations.
Infact for quite sometime now, Iāve thinking of the best way and medium to reach to this class of Nigerians āDiaspora Nigeriansā.
I understand that most diasporas have either lost faith in Nigeria, have trust issue when it comes investing in Nigeria especially real estate, and they have no trusted person or company to help guide them in their real estate investment journey.
If youāre diasporan Nigeria i feel your pain deeply and canāt even imagine the fear and uncertainty that you must have, coupled with the political instability and negative media thatās doing everything within their power to portray Africa/Nigeria as the worst place to live on earth.
Some of you actually want to invest back home, but have no idea on how to go about it, or whom to trust, and this can be frustrating.
I hope that you reading this will be directed from your soul to work me, i believe that my almost 10yrs experience in the real estate industry will help you, as i have helped so many diasporans like you who are currently not just clients, but also partners and family friends.
