On Friday, 13th February, Upwey Global embarked on a series of courtesy visits to celebrate excellence, partnership, and outstanding leadership within our network.

We formally presented the Outstanding Developer Award to Springpet Homes for their exceptional performance in 2025. Although the GMD, Kenneth U. Reginald, was unavoidably absent, the award was received on his behalf by the MD. In 2025, Springpet Homes distinguished themselves by launching premium building projects and delivering ahead of schedule — a true testament to professionalism, quality, and reliability.

We also paid a courtesy visit to our esteemed partner, Bluedutch, to express our sincere appreciation for their support during the Upwey Thanksgiving and Awards. We were warmly received by the MD/CEO, Madam Candace, and we remain grateful for their continued partnership and commitment.

In the same spirit of recognition, we visited Empire Home to present the Exceptional Leadership Award to Amb. Munachi Arinze, MD/CEO of Empire Home. During the visit, we also presented her with a special gift in appreciation of her visionary leadership and contributions to the industry.
