The best way to save your income is not by heaping the money in your bank account, buy properties from a realtor with integrity, if possible engage a lawyer to do the due diligence. It's an error to engage a friend to a site to help you to confirm if the land is good to go.

He can tell you don't mind all these scammers oo, hmmm beware of buying properties oo, many had died because of land issues oo, it's too costly, dis price na for land or for a house ?Etc.

Little did you know that he is speaking out of jealousy. He can go behind you and pay for that property and wait for it to appreciate and resell it, and you will not know the source of his sudden wealth. This has happened to a lot of people.

IT STILL BAFFLES ME!

it baffles me and it's quite disgusting each time I hear that some people in the diaspora are still sending some huge amount of money to relatives to purchase a portion of land to build for them,and only to return and meet a shadow of his or her dream!

They have spent your money to raise their own structure, or do some other things with it, and if you go to the police, they tell you to go and settle at home because it's a family matter! And at family meeting, they tell you "and I quote" please before we start, rub down your chest with your two palms! and breathe out! please forgive your brother/sister, it's done and it's done! you can't kill your own blood because of money, won't you even thank God that the money is circulating within the family? What of if it was an outsider that duped you? "End of quote"

NOTE: Please,it pays to patronize a real estate with integrity to avoid stories that touches the heart. Stop looking for short cuts. some shortcuts end with "and I quote"
No road, beware of Dogs, no thorough fare. "End of quote"
and you end up Turing up and down instead of taking a direct route that leads to your destination. Not every cheap labour is cheap indeed.please let's be wise as far as real estate is concerned, follow a due process, if you dabble into any fake real estate company , take a legal action with your documents and get your money back simple.

Thank God for the Advent of Real Estate companies,especially the genuine entities.

it now stands as a breach between a glorified Omonile and a client.
Many Nigerians have got their fingers burnt in the process of trying to purchase properties.

Many has lost their lives. Omonile can sell a portion of land to at least
Five different clients and keep on telling them c**k and bull stories.
At the end, only one person will get the portion while the rest go home frustrated, in some cases they all end up losing their money.

But if you patronized a real estate company that has integrity, you can go to bed with your two eyes closed. Is that not great? So why are some people still fallen victims of Omonile when God has already made away of escape?
