Why Are You Investing ?
Real Estate Investment is scientific in nature (i.e. there are principles and procedures). You don't just wake up, and dabble into it. And one of the most important questions you need to ask yourself before going ahead to invest is, *“Why Am I Investing ? On the other hand, some would only invest in a *finished or completed projects/houses at verious levels*— They are also smart set of investors
People buy/Invest in Real Estates (lands) subject to their specific needs and objectives. So, you need to find out your WHY.
