For more than 5 years, Livelihoodhomes have been helping numerous people to become landlord and landlady in our 23 estates called Blue Sea Estate spread across the country. The company then metamorphosis to Livelihoodhomes limited in 2012 in bid to serve you more efficiently. We flagged off sales of land with our Ewekoro phase 1 Blue Sea Estate which we acquire in 2010. The company has since expan

ded their estate acquisition to about 23 unique estates in Nigeria. For instance, we have estate in Ewekoro phase 1 & Ewekoro phase 1B both in Ogun state; Ikorodu estate in Atere, G & G, Fashola estate, Badagry express, Elijah, VIP Garden in Ibeju Lekki all in Lagos state. Then we have Blue Sea Estate in Oluyole & omi-Adio in Ibadan; Owka in Anambra; Umuahia and Aba in Abia state; Calabar in Cross River; Benin City in Edo state. We also have offices in each of these locations so that you can access us easily. This we strife to do in order to ensure you have a good land in choice locations to build your house.
