This one pained me because it was completely avoidable, I had a client who was interested in Palmcrest Estate when the Phase 1 was selling for ₦2.5M, she liked it, but she wasn’t sure, s he kept asking questions, overthinking, delaying and then it got sold out.
Phase 2 came out at ₦3M, she became more interested, especially after seeing how beautiful and promising Phase 1 turned out, but she hesitated asking more questions, then she told me she would make payment soon, the day she called to make payment was the day phase 2 got sold out, she was sad and told me to let her know when phase 3 is out, now it is out but the price is way higher.
Same opportunity, same potential.but now, at almost double the price and the painful part was she saw it early, she had the chance but kept procrastinating.
