IF I HAD ₦100 MILLION TODAY

Let me tell you something.

If ₦100 million entered my account today, I wouldn't wake up the next morning and start spending it, that's where some people get it wrong and I definitely wouldn't put the entire ₦100 million into one investment, like buying a house etc

I would first asked myself what job do I want this money to do for me? Because having money and knowing what to do with money are two completely different things.

I'd want some of it working like putting in a business, some of it protected like investing in Landvest and also want some of it creating more opportunities like investing in Agri Nova Palm City

And yes, I'd also keep some aside to actually enjoy my life because what's the point of building wealth if you can never enjoy any part of it?

The older I get, the more I realise that wealth isn't just about having money, it's about knowing how to manage money when you finally have it.

Have you noticed something?

Almost everything costs more today than it did a few years ago.

Food.
Transportation.
Building materials and even land.

It's not because someone woke up one morning and decided to increase prices, things change, development happens, demand grows, inflation affects the economy.

That's why one lesson I've learned is this, the cost of waiting can sometimes be higher than the cost of starting but this doesn't mean you should rush into every investment.

It means you should start planning early, ask the right questions, and position yourself before opportunities become out of reach.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is meeting different kinds of people.

Some clients know exactly what they want, others come with dozens of questions and honestly I don't mind the questions, In fact, I encourage them.

Because buying land is a big decision, and asking questions today can save you from regrets tomorrow, i've always believed that an informed client is a confident client.

So whenever someone says, Empress, I have another question, my answer is usually,

"Go ahead, that's why I'm here."

Never let anyone make you feel bad for asking questions before making an investment.

One financial mistake I see many people make is this👇

They work hard for money but never make their money work for them, there's nothing wrong with earning a salary or running a business but if all the money you earn goes into paying bills without owning assets, you'll keep working harder every year just to stay in the same place.
