Hello everyone. Let's discuss about this familiar trend concerning the unsettled scores between the CLOSED and OPEN workspaces. While some of these invented concepts have transcended and evolved with time, some are still currently under debate by studies.

However, referencing findings and analysis in getting the mix-up straight, below is her point of view:

-

1. NO ONE SPACE WORKS FOR EVERY PERSON / DAY / PROJECT:- sometimes you need a quiet space; sometimes you need a space to collaborate.

2. PUTTING PEOPLE NEAR EACH OTHER DOES NOT MAKE THEM COLLABORATE:- some people still prefer to keep to themselves.

3. THERE ARE WAYS TO GO HEADS-DOWN, EVEN IN AN OPEN SPACE:- you can decide to create a tone of professionalism around yourself so people know you're there to work.

4. QUIET SPACES ARE ESSENTIAL:- this is perfect when you need to disappear completely and dive into a project.

5. PRODUCTIVITY IS LARGELY PERSONAL:- it's completely on one if they're over-socializing and avoiding work.

From these take away, NO ONE SPACE WORKS FOR EVERY PERSON / DAY OR PROJECT seems to settle it.
