How does real estate investment work in Nigeria?
That was the question I got from a particular friend of mine that's based in US.
So many people want to invest in the Nigerian real estate market but I don't really know how and where to start.

In 2020, My client invested in a plot of land at Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, that's about 4 years ago.
He bought the land for ₦5 million (that's $20,000 USD then).

The last time I spoke with him, He's now considering developing the land into residential apartments or selling it for a handsome profit.

3) You can Partner with other investors or developers to own and invest in real estate.

There are so many benefits like making over 800% returns on investment within a few years.
That's massive right?especially in cities like Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and others.
