A reputable private firm with a diverse portfolio of residential properties is seeking to hire a dynamic and result-driven Senior Real Estate Officer to manage and oversee the strategic and operational management of its real estate assets in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in property and facilities management, valuation, supervision and renovation projects to lease administration and other real estate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, maintenance and value enhancement of the organization’s property assets through effective planning, renovation oversight, rent and service charge administration, and compliance with industry best practices.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
* A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Estate Management or a related discipline.
* 5+ years’ experience in real estate operations including: Real Estate Agency, Construction and Renovation supervision, Facility Management, Valuation, rent/service charge administration and other relevant areas of Estate management may be required.
* Certification in Project management is required (e,g., PMP or equivalent).
* Proven work experience in a Facility management company is required.
* Membership in relevant professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or any equivalent local/international professional institutes will be an added advantage.
