Opportunities abound everywhere but not many will use them based on one of the following reasons, lack of money, lack of knowledge, lack of the right tools for acquiring the necessary knowledge and lack of desire.
Every lack can be addressed but the lack of desire is the responsibility of each and every individual.
If an opportunity comes to you and it seems as if the money is not available at the moment to execute it, don't just close up your mind. Seek out knowledge of how to get involved, get the right tools to acquire the right knowledge and lastly look for avenues to secure the right funding.
For example, there are properties for sale in "new Lagos" where you have the free trade zone, Dangote refinery, new airport, and deep water sea port. We understand that not many people will have the financial capability but wouldn't you at least try?
