Why You Can’t Afford To Miss Out On Jasper and Beryl estates
They both have global C of O.
The value of a plot of land in both estates is projected to increase by 100 to 200% in 2018 alone.
Both Jasper estate phase I and Beryl estate phase I are both in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos state and very close to the Lagos free trade zone (LFTZ). Jasper estate phase I is about 3km from the free trade zone while Beryl estate phase I is just after Jasper estate phase I.
The Lagos Free Trade Zone (LFTZ) is located in Ibeju Lekki (3km from Jasper estate phase I, with Beryl estate phase I just after Jasper estate phase I). The LFTZ is Africa’s fastest growing economic zone (a partnership between Chinese companies named China-Africa Lekki Investment Ltd. and Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, owned by Lagos state, to make Lagos undoubtedly the economic heart of West Africa). About 100 billion naira has been invested in the zone in the last 10 years with the free trade zone gearing to start operations in 2018.
The Lagos deep sea port located in the free trade zone would be the biggest sea port in West Africa when it becomes operational in 2018.
Lekki International Airport, a project that is now back on track after the Lagos state government recommenced talks with investors would have a capacity of 2 million passengers per annum for a start.
Dangote refinery which would start operations in 2018 is also located in the LFTZ region. With a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, the refinery will meet Nigeria’s fuel consumption and also make Nigeria an exporter of refined petroleum products.
The 4th mainland bridge which will be a direct link between Lekki and Ikorodu/Berger would further increase economic communication between Lagos mainland and the island. The Lagos state government is currently searching for investors after having invested 7 billion naira in this project.
Ibeju Lekki houses the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.
Ibeju Lekki is also a tourist attraction centre having such beaches as La Campaign Tropicana, Eleko and Lekki beaches and golf courses.
Property in the Lekki axis has consistently proven to be of very high economic value as land that was worth 2million naira in Lekki phase 1 in the 90s now costs 150 million naira and upwards. A plot of land in Ibeju Lekki (where these estates are located) is projected to be about 50 million naira in the next 5 to 10 years.
The Lekki area is the choice part of Lagos where the rich and influential people in the state have their homes and own property.
The Lekki region is by the sea coast and is the best ventilated part of Lagos state. It is also the best planned region in Lagos state.
Lekki also has a toll gate and is the most secure part of Lagos.
Ibeju Lekki also has:
Power Oil factory and Indomie factory.
