Before Bill Gates Properties Limited was formed the partnership had worked with several companies. Bill Gates Properties was founded in 1998, and Incorporated in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company and Registered as Bill Gate Properties Limited with Corporate Affairs Commission on June 13, 2008. This firm started under the name of Bill Gate Properties Limited. And our long history of performance with our clients has given us an edge, and that is one of the reasons property owners entrust their properties in our care for sale, development and managing of same of their properties. However we have alliances with several other companies within and outside the state in same practise.

Furthermore we are into the maintenance of uncompleted building that has been abandoned for a while and refurbishment of dilapidated building so as to wear a new and elegant look with unique modern contemporary architectural designs, furniture, woodwork, aluminum windows and stylist steel doors that are handle by our expertises in renovation and maintenance department units.
Recognising the need to diversify, and with new residenital and industrial development being proclaimed in the Nigeria, our company ventured into commercial and industrial developments. Our company has also undertaken projects for specific clients, which were tailored to their exacting requirements. Those retained as investment properties have been leased to corporate and individuals clients or are currently available for lease. It places specific emphasis on youth, HIV/Aids,Cancer, Tuberculosis, senior citizens and people living with disabilities.
Environmental Safety & Health Issues:
We adhere strictly to all regulations relating to environmental issues, as set out by the Local Council and the State Department of Environmental Affairs. We also ensure that an environmental consultant is appointed on each site to assist with any issues that may arise. Our key strategic objective is the achievement of "Zero Harm". Site Foremen and management ensure that safety is not compromised in any circumstances by taking responsibility for employee safety, leading by example, encouraging positive safety behaviour and discouraging negative behaviour. Site Foremen apply a policy of “Zero Tolerance” to non-compliance with safety standards. The company undergoes regular Safety Audits Seminar. Employees who are HIV positive are encouraged to participate in the wellness programmes available through various government hospitals.
