🔊 Is the area noisy, especially at night?
⚡ How stable is the electricity supply?
🛡️ Is the neighbourhood safe and secure?
🛒 Are markets, schools, hospitals and transport easily accessible?
🚰 How effective is the drainage system?
🤝 What are the neighbours and general living conditions like?

Remember, your daily life happens outside the apartment too.

You may love the house, but if getting to work is stressful, the road becomes impassable, or the environment is unsafe, the excitement may not last.

Before renting, visit the neighbourhood at different times—morning, afternoon and evening. Speak with residents. Observe the surroundings. Investigate before you commit.

🏠 BEFORE YOU RENT THAT APARTMENT…

The pictures looked perfect.

Beautiful living room.
Clean walls.
Modern kitchen.
Good lighting.
Nice compound.

You scroll through the pictures again and think:

“This might be the one.” 😍

Then you inspect it physically.

And suddenly…

The beautiful pictures don’t look so beautiful anymore.
