You don't want to be like a sign board that is pointing the way, but not going there.

For instance, in some years time, Ibeju-Lekki will be like the VGC, nothing can stop it. There is no more land in Lagos, and yet the population is swelling up.

It doesn't require intelligence to deduce that in the nearest future, all these lands we are selling for small money now, will be worth hundreds of millions.

A plot of land in Ikeja now is over N100 million. I don't want to even talk about VGC.

So, as an investor, you are in the best position to acquire your own lands at a cheap rate.

I hope none of us will be telling our children, stories of how we should have bought that plot for N700,000 but it's now selling for N500million. That's the kind of story I don't like to hear from older people.
