about one big mistake people make when planning and setting out for their

Let do it this way, most people are eager to start their building project but
insufficient of cash has made 90% of them not to achieve their dream.

mind that you don’t really need to ask for how much it will cost you to finish your
project at the first approach, rather ask what you need to achieve your building
project without overspending on the project.
Asking for the cost of building a house comes when you have already got your
design ready which show how serious you are to the consultant.
A building design is a layout showing how your structure will look like and can be
showed in 2D design or 3D visualization.
This two alone will give you edge and motivation to start the proper construction.
