🌱 COCOA REPUBLIQ FARM SITE INSPECTION, LATEST UPDATE
Last Saturday, we had another impactful inspection at Cocoa Republiq, Shapala Village, Obafemi Owode LGA, Ogun State, giving participants the opportunity to see the project’s progress firsthand.
The inspection provided a practical view of the ongoing transformation of the estate from land development and plantation establishment to the broader infrastructure supporting the project.

✅ Physical verification of the estate and allocated areas
✅ Progress on the agricultural development process
✅ Opportunity for participants to ask questions and understand the ownership and management structure
✅ Greater confidence from seeing the project beyond presentations and brochures
Cocoa Republiq is being developed as a professionally managed agro-real estate project, where investors own the land and cocoa trees while the farm is professionally managed on their behalf.
The project has also recorded significant milestones, including the allocation of over 100 acres to Phase One investors and the planting of more than 40,000 cocoa seedlings.
