EPE OR IBEJU-LEKKI, which one should I invest in?
Real Estate is a sure-fire investment opportunity if you do it the right way. And if you're still waiting for the right time to invest in properties, you're doing yourself a great disservice, as prices of properties keep going up.
While saving your money in the bank is not a bad idea(even though it's losing value due to inflation), investing it in a real estates is one of the best things you can do with your money because the value of land and houses are always going to appreciate remarkably.
Remember land is limited in supply, as more land cannot be manufactured. If you are waiting to buy land in the future in a fast developing area, you're most likely going to buy from someone who wants to resell for huge profit and that may be too expensive for you and out of your reach.
So it's not too late to buy, even though the best time to buy was five years ago, when the there was little or no development. And the next best time to buy is now.
Epe or Ibeju-Lekki, which is better? It's difficult to tell which is better, as both ar3 developing simultaneously and value of properties are soaring high. So the better one depends on individual preferences.
If you're investing in Ibeju-Lekki or Epe at the moment, it should be a long term investment: As Dangote Refinery, Lekki Deep Seaport, and Lekki Free Trade Zone approach their completion, prices of properties will begin to skyrocket. In the next 2-3 years, most investors who need land will only be able to get from someone who wants to resell, and that's where you can make so much returns on your investment, as your commodity will be in high demand.
If you want land beside the refinery, there is. If you want the one not so far from Dangote Refinery, we'll get for you. If you want the one that's small money, we have as well. And if it's Epe you want, there are a lot of lovely properties in good location in Epe that will guarantee you huge return on investment.
One of the advantages of Epe is that all the roads have been tarred. Lovely road networks with proximity to the proposed Cargo Airport, Eleganza Industrial Estate, Pan African University Alaro City (Aka Smar
