A recent report indicates that Nigeria’s Gini coefficient, a measure of income inequality, is estimated to a moderate 35.1. Whilst this is not an extreme inequality, the data suggests that income is not evenly distributed. Meanwhile, 28.21% of the population earn less than $2.15 per day. These aren’t great figures.

In the next couple of days two things will happen: Twin Town by Cedarwood will start selling at N6.5M, after which its price will become N9.5M, midnight January 12.

The only reason these won’t happen is if plots are sold-out sooner, and that won’t be great news for those yet to subscribe.
