NONSO OF YESTERDAY IS NOW A LANDLORD.

Nonso graduated from Unizik Awka in 2018. I met him during his NYSC, I told him about real estate.

Nonso: Real estate is for the big boys.

Me: No it is for everyone. Everyone is eligible to own a land. It is our inheritance

Nonso: How will I do it since my Allowee and the one company pay me is not more than 50k.

Me: I have a good payment plan for you.
I gave him a land of 600k then with a payment plan of one year. 50k per month.

Nonso called me today to thank me on how I made him a landlord.

He later in 2021 bought another land in Lagos and Awka.

He's still single and still searching.
