*Minutes of the Monthly General Meeting which held on the18th of July, 2021.*

* The Meeting officially started by *5:15pm* with an opening prayer led by Mr Festus Bake

* The meeting was honoured by five members:

1. *Mr Benjamin Uriesi*

2. *Mr Festus Job Bake*

3. *Mr Friday Akhigbe*

4. *Mr Nurudeen Obabiyi*

5 *Mrs Obanigba Abiola* (new member)

* Mr Benjamin Uriesi welcomed all the members that were present *and encouraged members to be punctual and regular*.

He reiterated that the Meeting is Scheduled for *4.00pm - 5.30pm* so as to give members ample time to return home.

*Matter arising*

*Meeting attendance and monthly equity*

* Mr Benjamin Uriesi encouraged members to *always attend Meetings and to consistently pay their Monthly equity and dues*...

He reminded members that in this month of July the *cooperative first investment will mature* and profits will be reinvested on behalf of those whose Equity contributions were part of the investment.

He went on to say that *the proceeds from our first investment will be reinvested immediately into Bitcoin using the OmegaPro platform.*

* Mr Benjamin Uriesi, speaking on behalf of the Executives said we *intend to invest about $2000 into Bitcoin* with an ambitious ROI projection of between *$6,000 and $20,000 in 14 months* (If speculations are anything to go by)...

The plan is to use the proceeds from all of these investments to purchase our first property before the end of next year.

*Advertisement for the cooperative*

* Mr Benjamin Uriesi encouraged members to *advertise the cooperative and the benefits of joining both on and offline*.

*Financial report*

* Mr Festus Bake stated the financial report as at the 18th of July 2021

* Total Investment thus far = *$2,800*

* Investment & Profits = *$6,496*

* Outstanding Loans = *N135,000*

* Bank Balance = *N27,187*

* Total Asset = *N3,410,097*

* Mr Benjamin Uriesi noted with excitement that our asset has crossed the *N3 Million Naira mark* and requested that the milestone be celebrated with a round of applause.

* Mr Benjamin welcomed Mrs Obanigba Abiola as a new member and told her more about the aims and goals of *Realty Edge Cooperative Multipurpose Society*

* Refreshments were served as the meeting was brought to a close.

*Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!!!*

Today is a beautiful day in the life of our Cooperative - *Realty Edge Multipurpose Cooperative Society* -

The *first bonafide investment we embarked upon as a Cooperative matured today* and on behalf of the hardworking executive members, I want to *congratulate* those who were part of it.

The investment was made in the month of may, 2020 and as at today has grown to *approximately 300%* (capital inclusive)...
This in essence means that for every *N1,000 that was invested*, u now have *N3,000*...

Our plan to purchase our first property (which tentatively is 3 acres of land or more) *before the end of next year* is still very much on track.

In all, *16 of our members benefitted* from this particular investment and *private messages stating the present value of their investments* will be sent out on or before the end of tomorrow.

In the coming days, more of our investments will mature and like it is today, *those that participated in the investments will partake in the harvest*...

Again I say *CONGRATULATIONS* to the members in question and indeed to the Cooperative as a united body.

We had a great time at the first Annual General Meeting of Realty Edge Cooperative!
Pictures show members of our Cooperative after the meeting and of deserving members receiving awards of commitment and consistency from the President of the Cooperative...

Personally, it was an honour for us to give out awards to Mr Olalekan Okanlawon, Mr Alexander Gabriel, Mr Obabiyi Nurudeen and Mr Edosa Johnson....
It is worthy of note that Mr Collins Egbon had to receive the award on behalf of Mr Edosa Johnson who is based in the UK and could not make it for the meeting.

We are grateful to God for how far he has brought us even in the face of the "Pabdemic"...
We are confident that we have only just started and we are going to accomplish greater things...
Our Target is to purchase Acres of land by 2022 which will be developed into Estates using facilities from the Federal Mortgage Bank....

We are on track to do great exploits.... Best believe that God is with us...

It is with heart full of JOY that I announce the birth of a bouncing baby *2017 Mercedes Benz GLS (special edition) worth 32Million Nigerian Naira only.*

I bless the day, God used Mr Paulo Tuynman from Netherlands to bring OmegaPro into NIGERIA for this life transforming business and ever since then, it has been from one good news to several uncountable “best news”.

Surely , if we had said NO to this amazing opportunities bcos of all the setbacks and disappointments we have gone through in life, we wouldn’t be this successful.

Realty Edge Cooperative – The Power Of Collaboration 2!
Hi everybody,
Hope u had a beautiful day?
Today we will be buttressing further, the importance of collaboration…
In recent years, there’s a trend that has come to stay and that is how new business collaborations are swallowing up smaller, (and in most cases) one man businesses…
Have u noticed that conventional Taxi Cabs are fast reducing on our roads? Thanks to Uber and its likes…
Have u noticed that Google has almost pushed conventional Libraries to the Museum?
What about the conventional Cinema Houses that used to be everywhere in Lagos?
The more organized Cinemas like Silverbird, Ozone, Genesis Deluxe, etc Cinemas have completely ran them out of the market.
All of these big brands causing major disruptions in their various industries were brought to life through “Collaborations”.
Collaborations increase the capacity of a business in every ramification…
I remember when I was in my final year in the school of Architecture, I decided to put together my school fees, and all of my allowances to start a business in school…
It was a major risk at the time but it paid off at the end.
I opened a Game Arcade in school and in a short while, I made good returns… Every student wanted a piece of the action for a token of course; business was good UNTIL a group of students decided to come together (collaboration) and start their own Arcade…
Owing to the fact that about four of them came together, their capacity was probably four times mine.
The result? They got a better space, more Game sets (I had just the one), extra Pads, Generating set, etc…
Before u could say Jack Robinson, I had customers who hitherto were loyal to me, going to my competitor’s Arcade to play. It was such a shock and I had absolutely no answer because I was on my own.
If only I knew about the principle of collaboration at the time, things wud have been a lot different.
It is a lot easier for a collaboration to succeed than for it to fail…
